I am a wife and the mother of two mostly 😉amazing children (teen boy and teen girl) and two dogs. We live in Auburn,Al. War Eagle!

I have worked with children of all ages and their families by assisting with child development and parenting strategies in our area for more than a decade. During this time I have learned so much from these families, colleagues—and friends —while doing countless hours of research—completing trainings —-and putting my knowledge to practice. 

Through the years there’s a constant I’ve learned to be true—we are all in this together- it most definitely takes a village-our roots run SO deep, and successful growth as a woman and mother involves digging even deeper. I look forward to helping provide women the space and tools to reflect, learn and strengthen their souls while learning coping tools for success in our busy lives.

I love hats, and I  wear a LOT of different ones! Don't we all? I have two sweet babies, a daughter and son. I live in Auburn, Al with my husband, kids, and fur babies. 
In the past 15 years I have enjoyed working as a director, producer, actor, writer, and educator! We have lived all over the US and abroad.
And finally, I have landed the role of a lifetime as a mom, wife, entrepreneur and professional listener. We are meant to focus on different things as we pass thru different chapters of our lives. And this season is all about coaching and educating! I love people, I love affecting lives in a positive way. Motherhood didn't come naturally to me, so I am always grateful for tools that help me through this crazy journey! I want other moms to know that they aren't in this alone, and that it's ok that we struggle. We're all riding the struggle bus together!
